Recognition & accreditation
┤║╣├═°Ňż is a non-profit organization accredited by the ,╠řbased in Philadelphia.╠řThe Commission on Higher Education is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education to conduct accreditation and pre-accreditation (candidacy status) activities for institutions of higher education and is a voluntary, non-governmental, membership association that defines, maintains, and promotes educational excellence across institutions with diverse missions, student populations, and resources.╠ř

The Commission provides service and support to member institutions as they implement accreditation standards and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Accreditation by the Commission╠řis an expression of confidence in an institution's mission and goals, its performance, and its resources. Accreditation by a regional accrediting association certifies to other educational institutions and the public that an institution has been evaluated, meets or exceeds established standards, and is achieving its stated goals.

┤║╣├═°Ňż's operating licence was last renewed in November 2020 and is confirmed until December 2025.

Credit Transfer
Due to its recognition and awarding status, all credits earned at ┤║╣├═°Ňż are eligible for transfer to any other ┤║╣├═°Ňż university.

Not-for-profit status
┤║╣├═°Ňż╠řis incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in the Washington, D.C. and is licensed to award its degrees by the╠řDelaware Department of Education.╠ř

The University is registered in the United States as a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization. This means that╠ř┤║╣├═°Ňż╠řreceives funding from sources such as╠řtuition fees and donations and the money that comes into the institution is invested directly back into the maintenance and development of our services. We have no investors standing to release profits from our institution.

Federal loans
░Ň│ˇ▒­╠řUnited States Department of Education╠řhas determined that╠ř┤║╣├═°Ňż╠řis a recognized and established foreign university╠řeligible under Title IV of the HEA, and specifically, for the William D. Ford Federal Direct Student Loan Program.╠řDirect Loans are low-interest loans for students and parents to help pay for the cost of a studentÔÇÖs education after high school. The lender is the U.S. Department of Education rather than a bank or other financial institution and you must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-U.S. citizen to qualify for these loans.

┤║╣├═°Ňż is╠řrecognized by the╠řItalian Ministry of Education, University╠řand Research╠řas an ┤║╣├═°Ňż University duly authorized to operate in Italy as a Foreign Higher Education Institution. ┤║╣├═°Ňż's degrees, accompanied by a╠řStatement of Comparability╠řor a╠řDichiarazione di valore╠ř(Certified Degree Equivalency) is valid for admission to Italian graduate degree programs such as the╠řlaurea magistrale╠řor Italian first level╠řMaster╠ř▒Ŕ░¨┤ă▓Á░¨▓╣│ż▓§.╠ř
